Our fitness instructors will motivate you and offer a helping hand.

This cardio- exercise exercise session builds your stamina and overall aerobic fitness
In this class we use resistance training to build muscle strength and anaerobic endurance
We perform various ab exercises and manipulate their reps and sets to work on strength and endurance
In this class we target quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves to boost your metabolism & build strength and stamina.
In this class we have fun while doing endurance based biking synchronized to lively entertaining music.
This class incorporates Zumba Dance routines into a fun filled full body workout. Results are great body toning.
We get creative and use an elevated platform (the step) to give you a functional and effective aerobic workout guaranteed to burn those calories.
This class makes use of resistance training and high-intensity Interval circuit training to build muscle endurance and strength
